Step 1: Cut out the felt similar to the picture below.
Step 2: Put the top cover over the bottom cover of the shoes. Add a pin.
Step 3: Fold the top cover over the from of the shoes.
Step 4: Pin the front felt to the bottom of the shoes.
Step 5: Pin all the way through.
Step 6: Now, start sewing from back all around to the side of the shoes.
Step 7: Make sure the distance is the same from one stitch to the other. This will act as the design of the felt shoes as well.
Step 8: Tie the end line to make sure it won't loose.
This is how it looks when you finished the stitches.
Add a little design on the top of the shoes just like how you see on the picture below.
