Here's what you need:

Fabric Spray Paint

Glue Gun

And here's how to do it:

Step 1: Lay the hot glue gun stencil on the t-shirt

Step 2: Spray the spray paint on top of it

Step 3: Wait until the paint dries then remove the stencil

Voila!
